Automotive Dealer Service Tag With Reply Card

This a very large tag that serves multiple uses for auto dealer service departments. It is designed to hang from the rear view mirror with a big bold jumbo number clearly visible from a distance. There are multiple perforations for tear off stubs which include a customer claim check, reinforced hole key tag, repair order number panel, and a reply card. All of the stubs have matching consecutive numbers for easy accounting and tracking.
