Tag Finishing

Tag Finishing, Tag Stringing, Elastic Stringing, Tag Wiring, Tag Patching, and more.
We can take your pre-printed forms, tags, tickets, booklets, etc. and finish them for you on our tag finishing equipment.
Let us finish your forms & tags for you. You print your job to your specifications and on your material, then send them to us. We'll add a reinforcement, attach string or wire, clip or round the corners, number, perforate, band in sets, or whatever you need.
Suggestions When Shipping Your Forms To Us
Since we finish most forms by machine, it is important to follow these guidelines so your tag finishing job arrives back to you as expected. When cutting your forms to their finished size, be as accurate and consistent as possible. Forms that vary in height & width are difficult to run thru our machines and yield inconsistent tag finishing results. For best results you should strive to keep each piece to within 1/32" or less.
Packaging Your Forms
Keep all forms in the same direction and orientation when either banding, shrink wrapping, or boxing. If not, we may not notice tags that are 'upside down' in a stack and you may end up with a punched hole or string on the wrong end of the form. You should also pack your forms so they do not mix or shuffle around during shipping. This will help greatly when we unpack them and get ready to run them thru our machines. Try to keep the weight of the cartons to 30 lbs. or less and tightly fill any voids in the box. We have seen many damaged forms due to poor packing and excessive weight...corners split apart, tops split open, and forms missing or damaged. The more care you take in packing, the better chance we will receive your forms in good shape.
Slip Sheeting Your Forms
If you had to add 'slip sheets' during your printing or cutting process, you need to remove them before sending in your forms. Our machines cannot automatically remove them and this will add extra charges, not to mention lead time, to your job.
Should I Pre-Drill My Forms?
If we will be reinforcing or stringing your forms, you do not need to pre-drill the hole. In fact, we prefer that you don't! Our tag stringing and tag reinforcing machines will automatically punch the hole before adding the reinforcement or string.
One Last Thing
Please include complete instructions on what needs to be done with your forms. Just write or type out your instructions or include a purchase order with this info so we'll know what to do. Also please let us know the quantity of forms sent to us (including over-runs or set-up) and how many you want us to finish. We can finish the entire quantity sent, or stop at a predetermined quantity...it's entirely up to you...so make sure you let us know!
